A: We’ll schedule two 2-hour Clarity Calls around your schedule. Most workflows are live within 14 days, with the full rebuild delivered in 3–4 weeks. You’ll regain hours in your week almost immediately. ​
Monthly 30-minute strategy calls are also included to ensure your workflows stay aligned with your business goals.

A: The Workflow Rebuild is a $2497 initial setup + $497 monthly investment thereafter.
The monthly service includes ongoing access to the platform, workflow strategy, fractional operational leadership, and maintenance of your backend system.
We offer flexible payment options such as installment plans and credit services.
Q: Will this work with my current tools?
A: Absolutely. Our dedicated platform is powered by HighLevel and Make. Both work well with Calendly, Google Sheets, Zoom, Slack, Notion —you name it. During the initial strategy session, we confirm that everything integrates smoothly.

Q: What if I need to update something in my workflow?
A: In the event you need an immediate update in your workflow (ie minor change in an email sequence, timing adjustment, etc), this is covered in the monthly service. We're happy to fulfill these requests promptly. You'll also be provided with an SOP that covers how make minor tweaks.
